Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us.
It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and don’t really care. We’ve been to many of Dr Friedman’s locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Don’t schedule appointments here
Amazing staff: very professional very reassuring , helpful. Every member of this staff seems to be in a good mood. They enjoy their work and are good at it. Dr Criss takes time to explain what you want. His results as a surgeon are unbelievable. I went from poor vision to 20/20 thru this care. Great doctor .
I have never seen a medical operation as well coordinated as this. They all seem to care.
I traveled over two hours to see Dr Friedmen for my consultation, I had been dealing with adult strabismus which had worsened in the past years making me incredibly self-conscious, not wanting to go out with friends, look people in the face, etc. From the time I called to make the first appointment to my last post-op appointment his staff was very helpful and pleasant. As for Dr Friedman, I was not able to express my appreciation for him, as I thought I would get too emotional, I want to thank him, thank you for giving me back time with friends and family, please take time to think of what a special gift you give to your patients! As I stated in the beginning of this review that I traveled over two hours, I would have traveled double or triple that given my outcome, the only regret I have is no not doing it sooner. Dr Friedman along with his office staff were very accommodating to my travel, as well. Thank you so very much, Dr Friedmen!
The staff of very friendly and works well with the kids. They explain everything that is being done. Doctors are the same way. Thorough and answer any questions you may have. They came highly recommended and having a child who had been a patient of theirs for quite some time now, I see why. O highly recommend them as well.
Excellent service from entering and checking in to finishing with Dr Schechter. Brianna did my initial testing and was Lovely and so knowledgeable and confident. Dr Schechter and his nurse listened to my concern checked my eyes and confirmed I did not have narrow angles! Dr Schechter and his team are excellent! And with my eyes I feel I deserve the Best⭐️
Recently had cataract surgery at Florida Eye, Boynton Beach. Dr. Schechter and his crew were amazing. Entire staff from start to finish were so friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you all for making this experience stress free!
Be prepared to be there for about 3 hours or so if you are a first time patient. This is because YOU ARE IMPORTANT to them. The staff are very polite (well most of them anyway), friendly, patient and they treat you as you should be treated - like a human being. The Wellington location is where I was seen and it is so clean and organized.
Waited an hour and a half for the appointment. When I asked to cancel I was told I was next. Waited another 25 minutes. I asked to speak with the office manager. She said well “he sees too many patients.” “Monday and Friday are his busiest days.” “He’s the only pediatric ophthalmologist in Palm Beach County and this happens in all of his offices.” What I heard was my son’s vision doesn’t mean anything to your monopoly of a practice. They very quickly gave me a copy of his records.
My son wad seen by the doctor who truly is probably the only reason people come to the facility. He is great with children. When there are more people waiting than chairs in the waiting room and it becomes standing room only maybe reconsider how many children are seen. Toddlers cannot wait that long to be seen and than expected to participate. Luckily the hour and forty minute drive I took to drive to them is the same distance as another pediatric ophthalmologist.
